Dr Bobs Balloons has an aim to satisfy all customers.
All orders are subject to availability but an alternative will generally be available. Please ensure your contact details are completed correctly on your order. This will allow us to contact you immediately to inform you of alternatives, avoiding delay in despatching your goods.

UNDER AGE SALES:
Certain items have age restrictions and can only be sold to persons above that age. Therefore orders will only be accepted from persons over the age of 18 .Ordering these items is your acceptance of these terms and conditions and is our confirmation that you are above the age of restriction.

PRICES:
The prices quoted on the website are subject to change from time to time. The current price shown on the website is the price you will be charged. Any variation to the price shown must be confirmed in writing by Dr Bobs Balloons before your order is accepted by us. The prices shown against each item includes VAT where applicable but does not include postage and packing charges: these are shown separately.

PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept all major Credit & Debit cards via paypal .We will validate your credit/debit card before accepting your order. We will not accept your order if your card is declined at any stage during the processing of your order. We will try to contact you if your card is declined after you have placed your order but we may not be able to do this. We take reasonable care to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details but Dr Bobs Balloons is not liable if these details are intercepted by and used by third parties through no fault of our own.

DELIVERY AND LIABILITY:
We reserve the right to decline your order. In which case, you will be contacted by email. We endeavour to deliver all items within the time scales given, which is currently 3-5 working days for mainland UK, however we are reliant on third party carriers and cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay. We may dispatch you order in a number of instalments and each despatch is a separate contract. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your usage or inability to use this website. This includes fraudulent access to, or alteration of transactions or information provided which is not controlled by us. We will not be responsible for any loss of your profits, costs incurred or any other losses which have not been caused directly by us. Every effort is made to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible: different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways and so exact colour matches are not possible over the Internet. Because of the type of products we offer, there can be minor variations in colour and style from the descriptions and pictures on the website: Dr Bobs Balloons will always dispatch goods of comparable or superior quality.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dr Bobs Balloons, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from any and all third party claims, damages, liability and/or costs (including, but not limited to legal fees), arising from, without limitation, your use of www.drbobsballoons.co.uk services, your breach of the Terms and Conditions, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.

PRINTING AND PRICING ERRORS:
We try to be very competitive with our prices but should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

RETURNS POLICY:
Should any item be unsuitable.
Dr Bobs Balloons will refund you the amount less our cost of P&P within 28 days of receipt of the unwanted items.
Return payment will be made by cheque or by original credit card, under the following conditions.
* All items must be returned by recorded delivery at your cost strictly within 7 days of purchase receipt.
* All items must be returned in original packaging undamaged/unused, and the tamper seals must be in place where tamper seals are provided.
* For reason of hygiene and the nature of certain products, certain items cannot be returned once opened/used.
These items include:
Wigs, Facial Hair, Tights/Underwear, False teeth, Costumes, Masks and other selected adult items.
